To be able to create a living work of art with stone is thought to be unachievable, but the artist Maha Hardison recreated TEMMER’s stone with such precise detail as to make the model blend in with the natural stone.
Imitation is said to be the highest form of flattery and the stone market is certainly flooded with imitation stone but it is not a work of art but a flimsy copy.
The artist Maha chose to replicate the stone for its natural beauty and appreciated the coordinated chaos in the natural lines and patterns in the stone which can only be found in nature and not in a machine.
