Patrick Prosko brought to life the very essence of the heart of modern Turkey with his recreation of Mustafa Kamal Ataturk through anamorphosis. Anamorphosis is a distorted projection or drawing which appears normal when viewed from a particular point or with a suitable mirror or lens. If one looks at his exhibit from a head-on perspective they can see the piercing blue eyes of Ataturk and feel the resolve he had in bringing his country into the modern world.

It is no wonder Ataturk’s final resting place is lined with marble from Afyon and Bilecik as a lasting artistic tribute. TEMMER is proud of the legacy that Ataturk left the Turkish culture and is determined to carry one the tradition of excellence and innovation in the stone industry and that is why they partnered with Patrick to honor Ataturk.
